Value Based Recruitment
Wood and Associates act as your outsourced recruitment function. Our processes are tailored to meet your specific recruitment needs through consultation, profiling and ongoing communication with you throughout the recruitment process. We work with you exclusively and our focus is to find the right individual for your business.
Assignment Fee
The Client and Wood and Associates will agree a set fee at the outset of the assignment based on the work involved and the complexity of the role.
6 Month Guarantee
For exclusive clients, we provide a lengthy guarantee, backing ourselves to provide an expert service.
Retained Work
Several clients prefer to work with us as a complete HR solution, utilising both our HR consulting and recruitment services. These services can be provided on a subscription basis.
Individual Recruitment and HR Services
Some clients may prefer to do some of the recruitment work themselves. As our processes are clearly structured, we are able to offer individual services to clients including:
- Preparation of Job Descriptions
- Interviewer training
- Reference checking
- Verification of qualifications
- Testing
- Preparation of Employment contracts
We maintain a database and network of candidates independently of ongoing client assignment work. Often candidates will ask us to find them a suitable role. Whilst we will always give priority to our value clients, if we are unable to assist a candidate with existing assignments we will approach potential employers on the candidate’s behalf. In this situation, Wood and Associates will charge a market comparable percentage fee for the introduction.
