What to expect from us
- We will meet with you to ensure that we know what you are looking for
- We will prepare a candidate assessment form which is used throughout the process and details the attributes, qualifications and competencies against which the candidates will be measured
- We will agree with you a project plan – outlining what will happen and when
- We will write an advertisement for the role that is designed to find the right candidates for you and not to fill our database
- We will carefully screen candidates to the brief that you have given us
- We will conduct a structured interview
As you have agreed a brief, we will interview to that brief and provide a report that outlines how the recommended candidate fits it. If verbal communication skills are critical to the role the person we send you will be able to communicate effectively.
We will dig deep on our reference checking
That means we do not accept “Yes” or “No” as an answer – we want to know “How, Why, What, and Where”
We guarantee our work- fully
And when we find you the right candidate we will not give you a "pro rata" guarantee, giving only part of your fee back. We will give you a full replacement guarantee for 6 months - 100%.
We ensure that the new employee transitions well into your organisation. If necessary we can work with you on employment contracts and induction programmes.
Our fees
Are based on the complexity of the task and the level of staff we have to employ. Once we have met with you to discuss the role, we will agree an assignment fee with you before commencing work.
What we ask of you
To work with us exclusively for a period of time, giving us the opportunity to provide you with a professional and well- structured service.
Whilst we appreciate that other business sometimes gets in the way, it is helpful if you can ensure that dates/times set aside for interviews can be kept.
